Please note that all items are made to order, so allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. Once shipped, you can expect delivery within 3–7 business days for standard shipping or 1–3 business days for expedited shipping.
A tracking number will be provided upon shipment. Make sure shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect information.
During peak seasons, processing and shipping times may be longer, so if you need your order by a specific date, please reach out to us before placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please note that all items are custom-made order, so returns and exchanges are not accepted for personalized products.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. We encourage you to all customization details carefully before placing your order, as we are not responsible for any errors submitted by the customer.
